Galleries of Justice - Follow-up

The trip to the Galleries of Justice was a huge success, and the children had a fantastic time learning about crime and punishment in the Victorian Era. Whether it was being made to wear a Dunce's cap in a real Victorian classroom after being insolent to a teacher, or putting on their best acting wigs as solicitors in a mock trial in the courtroom, all of year 5 were involved in the activities that took place throughout the day. Thank you very much for your prompt payment for the trip; we hope that the children had a great time in gaol, and had many tales to tell you when they returned home.

There will be another off-site visit next year, and we are eagerly looking forward to taking the children out once again.
